    Welcome

There is something rebellious about accepting yourself as a neurodivergent person. Choosing not to abandon your wonder, creativity, and whimsy, even when the world tells you to grow out of it, is an act of resistance. I'm an Audhd therapist, striving to create a neuroaffirming space for my clients. As my name suggests, I'm a vintage collector and also a cat lover.

    Thank you for being here!

    About

Hi, nice to meet you, I'm Haile! I'm AuDHD and also a client myself. I understand how emotional exhaustion and burnout can be around every corner sometimes. I offer a place to be seen and heard as you are. My approach can be described in three segments: self-esteem, acceptance, and emotion-centered. I hope that you walk away from therapy truly owning your value and wearing your worth wherever you go. Authenticity is one of my core values. I won’t be a blank slate. You have the right to know who I am, too. I use a lot of strength-based principles in my sessions. I love a good reframe and affirmation. I have also developed a passion for somatic practices.

I specialize in Autism/ADHD | somatic practices | workplace trauma | adoption | chronic pain | life transitions

I work with adolescents 11 years and older, as well as adults. I offer afternoon and evening appointments virtually.  I provide free 15-minute consultations over the phone or via video call upon request.

I'm under the supervision of Michelle Castleberry (CSW004360) and working under ATL Trauma Therapy
